So one day we got a call from a customer in Englewood who was irate about a copier lease they had been in for 5 years. The copier company never told them about how they had to terminate the printer lease.
We looked in the fine print, and it said you must give the leasing company your intent 180 to 90 days prior to lease end. They accidentally gave the copier company the intent, but were supposed to give to the leasing company.
