Copier Rental Venice
Printer Rental or Copy Machine Rental?
Our Venice printer rentals come in many shapes and sizes, but we thought we could simplify your next copy machine rental by showing you what many of our office printer rental customers have asked us.
A customer on Venice Island once asked me what the difference between a printer rental and a copier rental was. It really depends which copier company you talk to, but to us they are one in the same. All of our commercial printer rentals have the following functions: copy, print, scan, and fax. The office printer rentals include full service, which covers toners, drums, parts, labor, shipping, training, installation, among other things. These features are also included in sarasota copier rentals.
Short Term Copy Machine Rental
A new customer in S. Venice off of Tamiami Trail asked if she can just have a short term copier rental for a year, instead of signing up for a long term photocopier rental of say 63 months. I told her of course she can. The price will be a little higher for a short term printer rental, but she definitely doesn’t have to commit to a long term copier rental.
Furthermore, she can always switch her business printer rental to a month to month agreement at the end of the 12 months. This is especially good for businesses like construction companies, who have trailers at job sites for indefinite amount of times, or even a new business who doesn’t have the established credit to qualify.
Venice Copier Rental Disadvantages
So a North Venice Customer once said that copier rentals seem like a waste of money because they can just buy a big box store printer and throw it away if it fails. To a certain extent, the customer is correct. If your office only prints say 1 to 2 packs of paper per month total, then you should just buy a cheap little desktop printer instead of getting a printer or copier rental.
We have found that the vast majority of businesses who print over that amount save money with one of our copy machine rentals. The savings can vary, but we have seen many customers who pay $150-$200 or more every couple of months to replace drums and toners in their laser printers. Some of them even say they are paperless, and we just have to chuckle. Venice may be the “Sharktooth Capitol of the world”, but it doesn’t need sharks renting them copiers.
